Now a days type 2 Diabetes is very commonly growing disease,specially in American population.In india there are 100 miillion cases of type 2 diabetes every year.jpeg)

First of all what is type 2 Diabetes: it is condition in which pancreas produces insulin but the cells does'nt recognise it .
This happens because the receptors for insulin are damaged .So the cell won't able to take glucose inside .
CAUSES :-
1.) Overweight
2.)Stress
3.)Not doing exercise and yoga
4.)some genetic reason etc.
Symptoms
1.)Excessive thrist
2.)Lot of urination
3.)Fatigue
4.)Blurry vision etc.
A blood sugar more than 125 while fasting and 200 randomly will diagnosed as type 2 diabetes.
Treatment can be done by changing lifestyle and eating habit .Patient should it less carbs and sugary food.People also need to take drugs some time. For example: metamorphin.jpeg)
So by choosing a healthy life style we can avoid this disease.We should aware our elders about type 2 Diabetes and fight against it .
