The world is always changing. When you are not in 1st place, you are looking for any advantage you can get. Recognizing this wave of new technology and embracing it will make South Korea a major world power in the near future, while the USA arrogantly assumes it cannot be dethroned and continues to resist the financial revolution. South Korea, China, Switzerland, and Japan will have a major advantage going forward.
