As you all know Saudi Arabia halted its diplomatic and economic relationship with Canada and also suspended defence deal and economic ties. In past a few days Saudi has declared the Canadian ambassador "person non Grata" and given them 24 hours to leave the country. In history first time the ambassador of a particular country declared as a "person non Grata".

Saudi also called their ambassador back from Canada, suspended all business transaction linked with Canada and cancelled direct flights to Toronto by Saudi state airlines.
The Saudi-Canada spat started over a single tweet
Several prominent females Saudi human rights activists, including Samar Badawi and Nassima al-Sada has been detained by Saudi authorities.
There is the policy of Canada has been seen in the last few years, if in any country there is a violation of human rights they rise a voice and question against violation. for example, Canada had given a statement against Sikh riots in India in 1984 by which Indian government also got offended.
Recently Canada's foreign minister Chrystia Freeland tweeted concerning about imprisoned Samar Badawi women's rights activists and urge the Saudi to immediate release them and all other peaceful human rights, activists
The aftermath of this tweet is Saudi Arabia got offended and they feel this is a breach of the principle of their sovereignty. And consequently, Saudi has taken a grave action against Canada by freezing all new trade with Ottawa.
The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Palestinian Authority have stood by Saudi Arabia amid the country's spat with Canada according to the kingdom's state media
Yet the US traditional allies of Canada had stayed on the sidelines of the dispute and so in this conflict, Canada gets isolated.
In this conflict, Canada will face a major economic loss and Saudi will also face loss but Saudi is the much capable nation to bear this loss.
Now the question arises that, how Canada will handle this crisis Because whatever Saudi is doing is an aggression...
