when we create our account we all get a Reputation of 25 ,and that Reputation increase and decrease according to our work and content sharing on steemit.
on steemit the more powerful upvote you got on your article the more Reputation you get.
if your copy-paste others work and by spamming others post for asking follow or upvotes you will definitely get a devote or flag that decrease your reputation.
if your Reputation ranking dropped below 25
Then your post steemit not publish more.
