From your perspective, what do you think the probability is of permanently dealing with IRGC, Quds, Basiq, etc. without "boots on the ground?" As one potential part of the answer, what do you think the probability is of getting sufficient arms to whatever the true percentage is of the Iranian people desiring to be permanently free of the above?
