With practice a person can control the emotional response ...The conditions and events in life do not determine how a person " FEELS " this is a way a person has programed themself to be...

A person can stop and think "What am I Being?

“FEELING” is a function of thinking...and when you respond negatively you feel negative...Anytime a person is tempted to respond in a way that is detrimental...
Stop...and say to yourself I am ok...pat yourself on the chest and say I am ok ... see yourself there NOW...

BELIEVE IT NOW

You must change NOW...Now every day first thing in the morning start by practicing reading this aloud to yourself to reprogram yourself...to influence the mind...

Now do it EVERY night before you go to bed...
