Yes, most of the people develop the behaviour of anger and harsh attitude, instead of love, kindness, peace and brotherhood. And in my opinion the anger is the strongest and negative form of set of thoughts, which really drive us towards the negativity, but we have to stay away from it, as you adviced through the process and path of meditation, to focus towards the goodness and to have the peaceful mindset.
