Well this seems a little backwards these days! A break from work is hardly what you get during the holidays because most people are busy working to please everyone else! Shopping, cooking, and preparing is STRESS! Supposed to be a happy time of year right? That's the false reality that gets planted inside as you spend money and energy on materials. The good times hardly outweigh the traffic, and for those "online" shoppers that don't go out have to worry about delivery issues and missing packages. It's time to RETHINK this whole holiday system (yes it's a system) and change the way we perceive and precept them!
