Hello Chbartist we have all these people who have sent all these special resolutions who decided they're gonna do all these great things over the next 12 months how many of you have already skipped a workout or do the extra things that you said you were gonna do think about all the people that say man one day if I have this I'm gonna do this do you mean if you have this why don't you go out and make it happen if you keep stick to something for five days you deserve to have a shitty life we're talking about 50 years we're talking about the five years it probably takes to build something worthwhile we're gonna talk about the five months they could take for you to lose a hundred pounds we're talking about five days and you can't even stick to it for that so what the do you think you deserve you deserve exactly what you need that's the things your friends won't tell you when you're picking and moaning about how your life sucks on Friday night drinking a brewski with your boys your mom won't tell you when you're sitting in your mom's basement playing video games when you should be reading or approving or working out or doing something everybody likes the idea success but going out and building a plan backwards from that point that you want to be and going through the day to day to day actions of building that you don't love that idea you like the idea of success as long as it's easy as long as it doesn't take dedication as long as it doesn't take you having to do things that you don't feel like doing when you don't feel like doing them success is grind success is work and success is executed on a day-by-day basis this dance is gonna sky No you are gonna to work there's no magic formula or sweat list solution by which one can achieve their goals there is no shortcut there is no happy you're gonna have to work stop rationalizing stop making excuses tell yourself the truth so that you can get you should be what you do what you know you should do when you pay attention to the little things when you implement true and unflinching and unmitigated discipline in your life when you allow no easy excuses and all that starts when you stop lying to yourself when you tell yourself the truth about where you are so you can make sure you are in the right place and if you're not in the right place that you can give yourself on the path to get there the path of discipline the path of hardwork
