There is a very wonderful post, sir. But I do not think that both failure and disappointment are the same, when we start a work when we fail in it, then we are a little frustrated but it is not so worthwhile that Can stop us from achieving our destination.

It's not to be taken that way.
He has said that failures are the stepping stones to success.
Failure (of course, depresses us initially) inspires us to succeed in due course. Without a drastic failure, there can't be a thumping success!
The taste we derive from the success after such a failure is without any parallel.
While success is a moment to celebrate, failure is a very important lesson that one need to learn and remember all along one's life time.
