It is all about our mindset and how we train our mind , this process will start gradually, it’s not a overnight process . For example there are employees ‘A’, ‘B’ person A always tries to avoid going to his boss , he thinks if I approach him by myself, he would tell a new ‘problem ‘ which I may not be able to solve, on the other hand person ‘B’ always meets and like to explore new things and ask his boss if he can solve any issues because he sees problem as source of learning .
