The incessant decision-making is the true dynamism that shows us that we are still alive. Only an inert body does not make decisions.
Of course, being aware of every decision we make is almost impossible. That is, are you really conscious of deciding which hand to open your fridge to drink some water with?
But the great decisions of life are those whose result has the power to give a complete turn to our routine and change for the better or for the worse our immediate future.
To make these decisions we will be training, learning and preparing, until the day of our death.
