You are absolutely right. I am guilty as well of this fact.
I sometimes get pumped up by some good information I get and begin to imagine how to use this information to my advantage.
Once, something else comes along that demands my time, I relegate the useful info and the plans to a later date.
I have realized this flaw in me, that is why my personal motto is "DO IT NOW".
