Couldn't agree more, there is so much power in the mind. Just the other day I found myself thinking about the "problems" I was currently facing and then made the decision, wait these aren't problems, they are opportunities for promotion. That small shift in mindset instantly changed the energy I was feeling in my body, turning from sadness to joy and anticipation. I was actually excited to face what was going to come in the day.
