I have created a Mining Payout Pool that is share based, represented by tokens sold on the ethereum blockchain. You can purchase early bird tokens here.
The Idea behind this token sale is every token purchased is a share in the "bUdZ Member Mining Payout Pool". The way it works is there are 50,000 tokens. The first month the tokens will be at $ 0.25 U.S dollars. Every token purchase will be a represent a share in the mining Pool. The payouts for the Mining Pool pays 50% of the mining rewards to the share holders or token holders who submit their shares into an escrow provided by us in an offline cold storage account. At no time are you expected to have to enter your shares or tokens into the escrow, you can hold them for as long as you wish, the payment process does not start until you have fully registered with our website after the first mining rig is up and running. In month 2 the price doubles, in month 3 it doubles again staying at 1 dollar until the remaining tokens are sold.
When the rewards gets divided the Mining rig takes 50% the Mining Pool Takes 50% and your shares are based on how many tokens you hold in the escrow. Make sense? Here's the link to the start of the first token sale. On Oct 16 the tokens will increase by 25 cents to 50 cents.
