What can you expect from a miner sitting in basement for over a year 😄
If you have been into crypto mining in 2017 you surely will know how great of a year it turned out to be to make a lot of passive income,
But it’s has been exactly the opposite in 2018 where electricity bill was much higher then the prices of coins which were dropping drastically.
As a result all mining operations people were doing has been shut down else you got grandpa pays your electricity bills or somehow it was completely free.
To test weather it is profitable to mine or not, I decided to Run my 8 rx 570 (180mhs)
As a result
My electricity bill went up to 130$
Giving me Ethereum worth 100$
CONCLUSION
Absolutely not if you have average electricity rates at your place.
However Tron dapps have been making me a killing of a profit each day.
