Microsoft offers a $200 credit for a month free trial on Azure. You will need a credit card for the trial, but absolutely no money is drawn from your credit card.
After creating an account, you will need a valid phone number also, you can start using the Azure free trial.
You will want to choose the US East region when creating the virtual machine, in order to get access to the GPU instances.
You will not be able to mine much, the $200.00 will give you about 0.002 Bitcoin, not much, but is free.
You also use the free VPS that you will have for a year to mine also, but that will only give you about $3.00 per month.
