I too, was once a journalist, but in the niche field of video gaming. My story of leaving that industry isnt as dramatic and interesting as yours, but the point of this chain is that every story is worth telling and reading.

The great thing about Steem, and all block chains is that we make friends all over the world!
Quite often I dream about real life Steem. In case you wonder, it's some sort of camp after the end of the world and it's well equipped and crafted since Steemians are so freakin' creative and productive! :)
