I think you should make some kind of queuing system for registered accounts or just stack smaller votes if the client so desires.
Minnowbooster has often been unusable these days and I had to use other services, even though I only wanted to support Minnowbooster.

I know it has been frustrating lately. We have been exploring several possibilities for improvement, although haven’t reached a really good solution yet. Hopefully you can be patient in the meantime and we can attract some more investor-class Steemians to sell their votes!
