They sure do have an interesting business model for incentivizing whales to not cash out. I think out of all the different kinds of projects trying solving that issue this one seems the most ethical. People do not have to jump thought hoops or deal with randomness. They know what they are getting out of it upfront in exact terms. It also creates an open market for anyone to be a buyer or sell no restricting it to just one group.

That's exactly it, whales no longer need to power down, this creates the incentive to stay powered up, like a supercharged masternode yielding 40%+ APR!
