Autumn is here in the Northern hemisphere and as I write this recap, nature is turning more colourful outside by the minute.
There is still a big part of the year ahead of us, so let's visit some of the worthwhile things.
The DLM and renewing leases
The DLM has been rocking lately, with both Steem Power holders and communities getting their money's worth.
Leases and delegations are battling for an equilibrium point, where they are most profitable for lessees and lessors as well.
But if you did manage to grab a lease with a good cost, you might have forgot that there is also a RENEW feature, that looks out for the interests of both parties.
Renewing the lease will allow the lessee to keep the low-cost lease going and should the delegator decide to extend the lease on the old terms, it will deduct the 1-week cooldown period from him as well as removing the trouble of finding another lease request to fill.
So how does renewing leases work? 3 days before the delegation end, a RENEW button will appear to the lessee's (delegation receiver) delegation information page. The lessee then sends additional funds via a comfortable interface and Minnowbooster notifies the delegator of the lessees interest to renew.
After that, it is up for the delegator to decide, whether to end the delegation at the end of the first period or keep the delegation going, sparing him 1-week cooldown worth of loss of SP, essentially raising the APR of the lease for him.
Should the delegator not accept, the payment for the extended period will be returned to the lessee.
Hopefully this information shows you some ways to make your leases and delegations work better for you.
Hardfork 20
A few words about Hardfork 20. HF20 is nearly here and will bring some changes to the Steem network and affect some of our services as well. Bear in mind, the next few days may be confusing and stressful, but our near-term focus is on optimizing our services to work best with the updated Steem network.
We will do our very best to ensure that service is interrupted as little as possible, however we cannot guarantee stated profits will remain as advertised as a result of the rollover. Please be advised and plan accordingly. Let it be noted that at this time we don't have exact information whether our services will be affected at all.

It is different than other old posts ... more academic novel qritings with pictures from nature and OMG without silly films....
Really i consider this as a step in minnowbooster developing to become really more supportive. .. from my scale of 100... you are now on level 4 of 100... still you need 96 more positive steps...
