Hey Trevon (@trevonjb), I got what you're saying here. Some SP is definitely in wrong people's hands and they can ruin some other with a simple downvote (and lots of downvote bot will follow).
I agree that you cannot take away the downvote mechanism but it's still not very fair to let the few control the community, maybe the whole steem system need a new algorithm on votings...
Anyway, hope you delegate some power to my new "Comment upvoting progect": @growingpower haha. also, holding contest would be a good idea for you.
BTW, I don't see how your new trashcan can prevent your son from putting his hand through lol, children are smart and they learn fast LOL!
