Most of the time, I keep my jokes behind closed doors (i.e. small Discord channel in our SM-server - lol, I even had to make a separate channel and made it NSFW, because when @anouk.nox, @johndoer123 and I get started...lol, we were scaring away the others). I return vote at 5%(a 0.01) to people who gives me a 100%- nill value transaction AS they came at me with their full vp
I've always considered 0.01 votes as dust votes, and thereby useless, so I give at least 0.02. But I assume that when you take vests into consideration, it's a completely different story. I will look into the matter during the next couple of days... :0)

I based the info of the dust vote on a post timcliff published last year, and everything that followed (like the @dustsweeper and @dustbunny initiatives.)
But while I was searching for the post, I came across this post that is about dust votes and how it changed after HF20. Lol, it is way too technical for me. I barely understand a single word - it's too much for a 5 year old's brain ;0)
So, translated in laymen's terms, the dust votes discussed in the first post aren't dust votes anymore since HF20??
