In order to maximize transparency of what the Minnow Support Project leadership team is working on we present our meeting minutes. We'll continue to publish these so that the public is aware of what we discuss and current needs and operating plans of the public group.
Present:
Aggroed, Ausbitbank, Clayboyn, Discordiant, Drakos, Isaria, Juliakponsford, R0nd0n, Swelker101, Crimsonclad, Kubbyelizabeth, Roguebot.
No Emergencies
Danielsaori has been helping with the Abuse team and we sent him 100 steem from Msp-finance for his efforts.
We can send money to Msp-finance to help contribute.
December 9th Steem Panel discussion
lukestokes, elear, and timcliff will be attending.
Considering putting together a contest to have a minnow on the panel.
Clayboyn said he just wants it to be someone who actually understands the platform.
We all agreed.
Aggroed asked if any of us have any connections to big users.
Clayboyn said he would talk to Papa Pepper.
Aggroed asked about publishing the next round of meeting minutes.
Crimson said she thinks we should decline payments.
Aggroed said he understands that but we have financial constraints and he also wants to grow the account.
Commities

Still waiting on the delegation idea. Aggroed asked Bernie what 500 Steem would give us for a longer term option but he hasn't heard back yet.
MSP bid bot
Aggroed said that he didn’t hear any objections to the bid bot during the last 2 meetings so he moved forward.
Crimson said she thought we usually vote on these things and that we maybe should have put a post out first saying it’s what we were thinking of doing so that we could get community feedback.
She feels that we had such great feedback after the forum and now she’s concerned that we have lost momentum.
She said she had 17 DM’s complaining about the bid bot.
Aggroed said he will make sure to hold a vote in the future, but still thinks the bid bot is a good idea and will help the community.
Utopian
The 7th most rewarded person on the platform is someone who is doing work for Utopian and making posts - travelrosa.
Aggroed wants to have various authors use the Minnow Support account to post through Utopian and give the author the liquid rewards, but Drakos said this could be an issue because he only ended up with the steem power from his Utopian payout.

There was no liquid reward
You have to post through Utopian and it must be approved first.
We are going to try it and see what happens with the liquid rewards.
We would be posting it under the visibility category.
Crimson said the award uses a point system and deducts points if there are bots used on your accounts.
They take 25% of the entire post.
We voted to post one time through Utopian.
Curation
Isaria said the curation plan is currently in effect and is going well.
There was a post on Minnow Support last week explaining our curation teams and process and there will be a post made once a week on Minnow Support showing our curation efforts for visibility and transparency.
Aggroed is thinking about making a MSP curation account.
Clay brought up that Curie lost its delegation and he thinks we should petition for those delegations for our own curation team.
Crimson said she has asked for delegations before and was shot down.
Shane recommended talking to Lexiconical, Stella for the delegation.
Abuse
Discordiant is making a guide as to what to look for regarding a shit post.
He requested that we find out why someone has been blacklisted instead of sending them to him in DM. We can also send them to probation.
HR
Kubby made a post for Minnow Support that will be posted.
Shane asked for access to the delegation helper.
Crimson said she will talk to Netuoso.

I love that the minutes are published. Aside from offering transparency, it is shines light on the efforts taken by the committee members to make make Steemit a community that welcomes and supports new members.
