Just resteemed this. Joined PAL yesterday, but this explanation is really helpful. I think the education part of this is the most important! I actually just saw a post today by someone who said they were quitting because their reward was so low; they called Steemit a ponzi scheme. I was lucky because I joined back in February where big posts made 10-100 dollars so when I made $0.50 I was elated. I think it is hard for newbies to see $1000+ posts when their first post makes $1.00. So I totally support this project. Cheers mate!
