Hola amigos Steemianos.
Esta tarjeta de satulacion la realice mas que para participar en esta gran iniciativa, para enviar un mensaje de union, de trabajo en equipo.
Si trabajamos en equipo nuestras cargas seran mas faciles de llevar, el trabajo en equipo es fundamental en cualquier organizacion.
Generalmente hacia los trabajos hasta altas horas de la madrugada.
Esto a largo plazo me creaba problemas incluso para dormir y como todos se imaginaran tambien les creaba problemas a mis compañeros, pues algunos dejaron de preocuparse por sus obligaciones.
Al comenzar la Universidad todo era diferente, al principio se me hacia muy dificil trabajar en grupo, pues la mayoria de mis compañeros eran tal cual yo, desconfiados y dominantes.... Poco a poco fui aprendiendo a trabajar con cada uno ellos, y a confiar en sus capacidades y habilidades, gracias a Dios, aunque aun no me he graduado, mi crecimiento no ha sido solo academico, sino tambien Humano, en mi universidad he crecido como mejor persona, he aprendido a trabajar en grupo y he comprendido la importancia tener un buen equipo de trabajo.
