Welcome to Qurator's Mischievous Mondays!

This will be a weekly competition that we will be hosting every Monday. We want to see a little more engagement and fun when it comes to some of our competitions so this will be a simpler and shorter competition. Easy to enter, but maybe not so easy to win. ;) This competition will be similar to the Monday Missions we had a long time ago, but instead of writing posts to enter we will now consider only the comments and answers on this blog as your entry to win.

Why Mischievous?

We all could use a little fun in our lives. We would even say that we deserve it, let loose a little and have a go at making everyone laugh or think a little, even if it is a little over the top or pure silliness. Go all out and let your creative juices flow.

This week's theme : The Aging Step

Imagine a world where each step ages you by one minute. How would you minimize movement to extend your life, and what inventive solutions would you employ in your daily routine to navigate this challenging reality?

I think I would become a mermaid to move in the waters without aging, it would be fluid movement and help me move from one point to another 😅😝🤣, however, taking the question seriously, if walking is the problem, I would be sitting most of the time with electric chairs and would adapt my house with pulleys and ropes to move objects from one place to another.

And I would buy the new walking bike, that would be my best investment to live a life without real movement of my feet. You would walk less and travel longer distances.

I imagine a reality where each step accelerates aging. Oh, it would be terrible. It would probably be a world overwhelmed with disabled people, with atrophied legs being the main problem. This problem would start at birth. Parents would prevent their babies from walking. It is even possible that the world's population would lose the ability to walk over time. Crawling would be the most viable form of locomotion for children. Imagining my life in the midst of this reality is initially terrifying. I shudder just to imagine it. If it were inevitable, skateboarding would be my tool for locomotion for short distances. Constant leg exercises to prevent muscle deterioration would be another priority. Being able to travel long distances would be with a car or some other more specific vehicle. Life would be difficult, but I would avoid unnecessary movements related to walking. The world would be slower for everyone. Simple activities like sweeping a house or even having to leave the house to buy bread would be a major obstacle. It is possible for people's houses to take on the appearance of a dwarf's house, solving everything sitting down or crawling through the hallways, avoiding getting up so as not to walk involuntarily.

By counting age in steps I think I would look to invent a skateboard on which he could levitate, or use a hoverboard like Marty mc fly's in back to the future 2.
At home I would live in a reduced space, having everything at hand or very close, appealing to minimalism as an ally.
And my personal relationships would be digital, so I not only watch my steps but also those of my loved ones.

Hehehe I had also thought about that flying skateboard, but not to copy me I had to become a mermaid.
