The MKUltra program is an indisputable fact and blows about American history.
This is an operation that the CIA is doing to develop knowledge and mind control skills to (they say) the interests of interrogation using psychological, sexual, and physical torture with a combination of (then) experimental and hallucinogenic drugs such as LSD.
For decades since the program began, there have been several self-proclaimed victims and reporters who have announced about MKUltra and the violence they experienced and / or witnessed.
One of them is Cathy O'Brien.
It is not my intention to persuade you of the truth of his statement - most of the program documents were destroyed before the 1977 session by the US Senate, Selected Committee of Intelligence, and Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research of the Human Resources Committee. so most of the evidence claimed by these victims is testimony - not just trying to give a human face to a malicious program run under the nose of the American public without their consent or permission for decades.
Child sexual abuse
In the Trance Formation of America, O'Brien claims that as a child, he first experienced sexual harassment by his father as well as by child pornography networks. Supposedly, he was subsequently forced by the CIA to participate in Project Monarch, which he claimed to be a subset of the MKULTRA Project and the ARTICHOKE Project. According to O'Brien, under hypnosis he is able to recall the memories of sexual harassment - both himself and his daughter - by international pedophile rings, drug barons, and Satanists, who allegedly use the form of "mind control based programming trauma" to make him a sex slave.
Project ARTICHOKEis military intelligence equivalent to MKUltra:
ARTICHOKE is a mind-control program that collects information along with the Army, Navy, Air Force, and FBI intelligence divisions. In addition, the scope of the project was outlined in a memo dated January 1952 stating, "Can we control an individual to the point where he will bid against his will and even against the basic laws of nature, such as self-preservation?"
