The developers are working hard at the next community-based governance digital currency Decred.
With the release of this milestone, they will be able to focus on other improvements as design/coding new features.
For those who do not really know about Decred, it's a new digital currency powered by Bitcoin core developers.
Decred will improve the governance problem that we see with Bitcoin.
You are creating your own blockchain which ables instant transactions.
