According to Wikipedia,
"money is any item or verifiable record that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and payments of depths in a particular country or social economic context".
We often belief in a logic that says after the Supreme Being (God), the next thing is money, that shows the value placed on money in our society. Apart from " life", one can acquire any material thing when he has the money to give in exchange, because the price for any goods is the amount it takes to get that goods, this means that if one has money he can lead a comfortable life.
More over, when ever i wake up in the morning knowing that i still have some money on me, i feel secured and confident for the rest of the day, but when i realises that my pocket is empty, i feel worried with the thought of missing one of the most essential elements of my life.
Come to think of it, money is like a spirit that can not be tied down to any man's door step for ever, this unfathomed quality of money gives it a unique circulatory ability. If that is the case, then why is the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer?
Most human ideology of leading a comfortable life has made them indulged in a lot of things that is endangering our lives rather than giving us the comfort that we've been anticipating for.
Why, oh why, money despite your good attributes and how highly esteemed you are, the uncontrollable love for you is one of the major reasons behind a lot of atrocities and death of millions of people in the world today.
"but money why are you playing hard to get, why can't you just give everybody the opportunity to have you at the platter of gold"?
Frankly speaking, it is pathetic to note that there is high increase in youths' restiveness in the bid to make money which in turn increases the rate of cyber crimes, drug trafficking, arm robbery, terrorism, money rituals, prostitution which helps to spread STD's among nations...etc.
Should we then say that money is bad?
OR
the uncontrollable love for money that is bad?
Friends build a productive mind set by utilising your inner ability because money can be earned honourably by working hard for it, no matter how small it might be for a start, you'll have peace of mind and you'll also be proud of yourself.
Indeed, the thirst for quick riches has lead many astray. Good work bro. Keep it up.
