I am building my financial literacy. I felt it would be a good idea to document and share what I learn as I grow so that others who are getting started can also have this resource available.
Financial literacy is an essential, lifelong skill that involves learning about all things related to money, the knowledge of money, how it's used, its behaviors and most importantly, how it can be used to work for you.
In the coming days and weeks, I will be posting content related to all that I learn from the ground up. When learning about a new topic, I think that its both useful and helpful to have a written account from someone who is inexperienced to so that the questions and concerns shared by the readers do not go over their heads.
This often happens when someone is too experienced and cannot comprehend the mindset of those who have limiting or fearful beliefs about money. I will also be posting book recommendations and feedback regarding my experience after applying the steps from the books and resources that I will be reading.
My first book will be "Start Late, Finish Rich" by David Bach.
More to come on my blog regarding money!
Look forward to your first book and post. Always great to see new people getting started and bringing their fresh perspectives.
