My house is paid off, car is paid off, and debt free. Now I have been concentrating of the house and getting it ready for a possible sale. I too would like to move to a different state, one with no income tax.
In the near term, I am more interested in how the election will turn out.
Sounds like we may both be looking to move in the future.
