Reminds me of what the former Constitutional presidential candidate Chuck Bladwin did in regards to establishing a close knit community (family) in which safe collective alliance was formed based on these kinds of universal ideals and common goals. Crypto would be on inciting incident leading to some financial revolution but it is very true that in a societal collapse or proverbial SHTF situation, it could do little to reinforce your survivability. In that sense it is actually kind of transitory or one phase in that downward spiral of any economic collapse.

Well stated. I am afraid many are going to be disappointed if they put "all their eggs into one basket." Diversity is key!!
