@kaylinart If you don't want to be part of the system the best thing to do is to buy second hand stuff. Especially if you buy from a charity shop, you can be a buyer with a cause.

Hehe I actually buy second hand stuff all the time. I rarely buy anything new. I actually needed some new running shoes recently so I bought a pair of Nike's off of someone for 15.00 and they were used. I don't mind having used stuff as long as it's not my underwear, (bras are okay).
