There you go, man!
It's all about how we perceive "tragedy" and "tribulation." Two different men, who lived in the same household: one grew to become rich, while the other poor, though they faced most of the same "tragedies." Their future was determined by their mindset, and their mindset was determined by themselves; one perceived stimuli positively, while the other negatively; one declared to himself certain stimuli to be positive, while the other declared the same stimuli to be negative.
And one who grew up, facing discrimination, can just as easily make a million dollars, as a millionaire can spend a million dollars. Just like you said: "it's about the attitude of the person..."
Thanks for reading, my man!
