2- I believe the diff. is caused by asics. We did not have Dash Asics before, and now they are produced and run in mining projects.

Dash Asics Has Been Out Since The First Time The X11 Algorithm Got Introduced, I Think It's Just Rising Because Of The Increasing Price :)
Yes, I know, but they were out of stock for a long time, and suddenly they got available with very high hash rates.
I mean with a Baikalminer it's really profitable!
Thank you @goodmindset. I had not heard of Baikal miners. They did not post the price of their miner on their website. Do you know how much it costs?
Yeah they are mostly sold out. I talked with them once and they wanted to sell me one for 2'700 USD. So they have really high prices
because of the huge amount of requests. Becuase those miners need just a small amount of energy.
Update:
I have just talked with a miner friend and asked him about the Baikalminer. He told me that Bitmain’s Antminer D3 is much more powerful than Baikal's. Check it out.
