When will Ethereum catch up to STEEM?

in #money10 years ago (edited)

So what can Ethereum offer right now.. Yes the platform technology far exceeds Bitcoin and the 17 second block time is a lot faster than 10 minutes!

But was there too much fear that even the hardfork will not be able to overcome, and bring EVERYONE back to Ethereum.. Especially even as a trader STEEM is a way better investment right now.

I was always a believer in Ethereum, but now STEEM proving that people can earn crypto currency without buying ANY mining hardware..

It's as easy as just posting, and you can even earn JUST BY VOTING.. which obviously has to been done accurately, but that's explained in other posts, but as great AS Ethereum is.. When will it finally take it's place as the "Internet 3.0" or will Steemit be able to offer that as well..?

So once again like I said Ethereum IS great, but Steem is doing so much more for the crypto world right now.. I really believe in Ethereum, but wonder how long it will take to gain it's momentum back now that Steemit is going mainstream.

As always though the point is.. just get out there and be active and learn about all of the crypto projects there are, and the more you get involved the more chances your going to have to spread out your opportunity..

POST - VOTE - COMMENT - EARN :D

ETH is a different beast altogether. It doesn't compete with STEEM in my opinion.

There are a lot of crypto for different purpose.
Just for mention some: Bitcoin for money, Ethereum for smart contract, Steem for bloging, Synereo for social media (like facebook), Waves for trading, Sia for decentralized storage, etc.
They all have a place in the cryptoworld and each successful coin will make every crypto stronger.

I agree I cover most of those in past posts but I also have seen developers of the site say that STEEM not steemit has the ability for other uses like smart contracts..

ETH does not compete with Steemit. I love both, Steemit and ETH :) but my great love is SYS ;)

Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Steem are three entirely different tings. All of them clearly has its place in the marketplace by bringing value to humanity. The focus should be around connecting rather than comparing them. In the end, it's old we are "fighting" here, not the new.

I agree my point was more about traders moving to STEEM and when will they move back to ETH too :D
