well my partner she is in the US and uses it, i'm in the uk and use it. the usual things apply i think regarding id and such like, i forget now what that was we did but i don't recall seeing anything about certain countries that it could not be used. again, depends where international means as some places are just no go, but if that person is from elsewhere then the id still might be good.
