Harry Browne defined the permanent portfolio in 1999, there were no such thing like negative bonds.

For my experiment I dont use bonds, I use Bitcoin, Cash and Altcoins ...

Oh nice to hear that, I would not recommend bonds to anybody with the risk of negative interest and bail-ins. Like how Russia defaulted on foreign investor bonds in the 90's, one has to be very cowboy to invest in them, especially with no incentive like the negative interest.
