I follow this philosophy too!
I don't always have time to review every post of those I follow, but the few that consistently impress me with their quality content get a place on my auto-voter list.

I delegate much of my SP to minnowbooster because I like their philosophy too.
Unfortunately, that reduces the weight of the votes I auto-vote, but I'm consistent.
