  1. Checking your phone as soon as you get out of bed

We live in an era of gadgets. People simply do not represent their lives without these things. Therefore, waking up in the morning, most people immediately check their phones. The thing is, you do not have to do this. There are many other things “more useful things” you can do in the morning, rather than wasting your precious time on the phone.

  1. Hitting Snooze

This is not the first time we've touched upon this issue. Most of you already know that hitting that snooze button can break your sleep cycle. So, you should wake up immediately once you hear your alarm.

The morning shower is something super cool. Moreover, it is very useful – taking morning shower makes your brain active and normalizes your body temperature. All this can make you feel better and more active.

  1. Taking hot shower

A hot shower will not give you any new strength or energy, because it can make you feel relaxed and you can go back to your bed to sleep. You should replace hot morning shower with cold morning shower; it will refresh you and make you active throughout the day.

If you do that, it’s terrible. Skipping breakfast can lead you to low energy throughout the day. You should not skip your breakfast.

  1. Drinking black coffee

Black coffee in the morning can make your cortisol levels high and cause anxiety. You can drink coffee 3-4 hours after waking up. If you still want to drink coffee immediately after you wake up, you should add some milk to it.
