يعتبر الإسلام ديانة معظم المغاربة وهي عقيدة تحكم حياتهم الشخصية والسياسية والقانونية والاقتصادية وسنسرد بعض القيم الخاصة بالأسرة المغربية

العائلة هي الوحدة الاكثر اهمية في الحياة المغربية وتلعب دورا هاما في جميع العلاقات الاجتماعية .
الفرد هو دائما تابعا للعائلة او مجموعة .
ينظر الى المحسوبية بشكل ايجابي، لانها تدل على رعاية عائلة واحدة .
تتكون الاسرة على حد سواء من الاسرة الممتدة .
أحترام كبار السن ، غالبا ما يمارس تأثيرا كبيرا على بقية افراد الاسرة .

Customs and traditions
Islam is the religion of most Moroccans and it is a doctrine that governs their personal, political, legal and economic life and we will enumerate some of the values of the Moroccan family

The family is the most important unit in Moroccan life and plays an important role in all social relations.
The individual is always an affiliate of the family or group.
Favoritism is seen favorably, because it shows the care of one family.
The family consists of both extended family.
Respect for the elderly, often exert a great influence on the rest of the family.

فقط في المغرب

اذا دعيت الى منزل مغربي :

يجب خلع حذائك .
يجب اختيار الملابس بذكاء ، فذلك يدل على الاحترام تجاه المضيفين .
تحقق من معرفة ما اذا كانت الدعوة تتضمن زوجتك ، فالمغاربة يحبون المحافظة عن الا تكون هناك مجموعة مختلطة بين الجنسين .
مصافحة الجميع كل على حدة .
يتم تقديم الطعام عموما في اجتماع مائدة مستديرة عالية عن الركبة .
سوف يٌعرض علىك حوض الغسيل على طاولة الطعام قبل يتم تقديم وجبة، وكل ما عليك هو غسل يديك على هذا الحوض بينما يتم سكب الماء عليها، وجفف يديك في المنشفة المقدمة اليك .
لا تبدأ الاكل حتى يبارك المضيف الطعام او يبدأ في تناول الطعام .
يتم تقديم الطعام من وعاء رئيسي الى الاطباق الفرعية.
يجب ان تأكل وتشرب فقط مع اليد اليمنى .
لا تمسح يديك في المنديل الخاص بك .
غالبا ما يقدم ماء من كوب محلي ، اذا كنت تريد كوب زجاجي خاص بك، اسأل عن المشروبات الغازية .
سوف يعرض علىك حوض الغسيل مرة اخرى في نهاية الوجبة .
ان تقوم بأخذ المزيد من الطعام من الطاولة ، فتقديم وفرة من الغذاء هو علامة على حسن الضيافة .

If you are invited to a Moroccan home:

You should take off your shoes.
Clothes must be chosen smartly, it shows respect for hosts.
Check to see if the invitation includes your wife, Moroccans like to maintain that there is no mixed gender.
Handshake everyone separately.
Food is generally served at a high round table on the knee.
You will be presented with a laundry basin on the dining table before a meal is served, all you have to do is wash your hands on this basin while the water is poured on it, and dry your hands in the towel provided to you.
Do not start eating until the host blesses the food or begins to eat.
Food is served from a main bowl to sub-dishes.
You should eat and drink only with the right hand.
Do not wipe your hands in your handkerchief.
Water often comes from a local cup. If you want a glass of your own, ask for soft drinks.
The laundry basin will be returned to you at the end of the meal.
Take more food from the table, providing an abundance of food is a sign of hospitality.
