تقع مدينة أولسيني في أقصى الطرف الجنوبي للجبل الأسود، وتبعد قرابة 63 كم عن بودفا، وتشتهر بالمدينة القديمة المطلة على البحر، والتي تضم عددا من المساجد نظرا لوجود أغلبية سكانية من الألبان، وتملك أولسيني أجمل شاطئ رملي في مونتنيغرو، وهو شاطئ "لونج بيتش" الذي يمتد لأكثر من 10 كم من الرمال الناعمة والنظيفة، وتُعد بحيرة "شاس" من معالم الجذب السياحي أيضا فيها، بالإضافة إلى جزيرة "آدا بويانا" وهي وجهة محببة للسائحين الأوروبيين الذين يقصدونها بغرض التخييم وممارسة الرياضات المائية.
