Mosteiros is a picturesque parish pertaining to the county of Ponta Delgada, located in the fantastic northwest coast of the green Island of San Miguel, in the Archipelago of the Azores.

This is a locale with a strong connection with the sea, with a lively, but also agricultural aspect, taking advantage of the fertile lands of the Island of São Miguel.
The picturesque fishing port, as well as the natural pools, known as Poço da Pedra, are the great attractions of the parish, which during the summer months is much sought after by the beautiful beaches of dark sand, landscapes and therapeutic properties of its algae and waters .
Mosteiros prides itself on its natural, rural, cultural and, of course, architectural heritage, with the highest symbol in its Mother Church dating from 1837, but also in the beautiful Chapel of St. Lazarus.
Mosteiros é uma pitoresca freguesia pertencente ao concelho de Ponta Delgada, situada na fantástica costa noroeste da verdejante Ilha de São Miguel, no Arquipélago dos Açores.
Esta é uma localidade de forte ligação com o mar, de feição mormente piscatória, mas também agrícola, aproveitando os férteis terrenos da Ilha de São Miguel.
O pitoresco Porto de pesca, assim como as piscinas naturais, conhecidas por Poço da Pedra, são os grandes atractivos da freguesia, que durante os meses de verão é muito procurada pelas belas praias de areia escura, paisagens e propriedades terapêuticas das suas algas e águas.
Mosteiros orgulha-se do seu património natural, rural, cultural e, claro, arquitectónico, com o símbolo máximo na sua Igreja Matriz datada de 1837, mas também na bonita Capela de São Lázaro.
