I'm Victor, I was part of a group of students doing an internship at @globalschool, as I liked it I wanted to continue because it was quite cool to learn about new digital tools such as blockchain but most of all I liked working in a group.
Our tutors had explained us what Hive is. They introduced us to several very interesting people and then showed us some examples of publications and we created several groups according to the selected themes. It was a great experience to meet new people through common interests. So here is a sharing on this theme from the team I am part of today as a beginner tutor. I hope you will like the work I do with my student groups. :)
As community is core of the #Hive platform, I think soccer is a great example of what can be achieved by a united team pulling everyone in the same direction with a common goal. That's why I chose this theme and a quote that I think goes with it!
A real team is not a sum of individuals who think first of their own performance.
The best team is a collective of players on the field, but also on the bench and evolving in a positive environment.
This team will get results, even if it is not made up of great individual talents. It is the will, the desire to succeed together, to fight for one's teammate that will make the difference compared to a team composed of a few stars but with no collective game.
Individual performances are not the most important thing. We win and lose as a team.

je suis Victor, j'ai fait partie d'un groupe d'étudiants en stage à @globalschool, comme j'aimais bien j'ai voulu poursuivre car c'était assez chouette d'apprendre des choses à propos des nouveaux outils digitaux tels que la blockchain mais surtout j'ai aimé travaillant en groupe.
Nos tuteurs nous avaient expliqué ce qu'est Hive. Il nous ont présenté plusieurs personnes très intéressantes et ensuite nous ont montré quelques exemples de publications et on a créé plusieurs groupes selon les thèmes sélectionnés. c'était une chouette expérience pour faire de nouvelles rencontres à travers des intérêts communs. Alors voici un partage sur ce thème de l'équipe à laquelle aujourd'hui je fais partie en tant que tuteur débutant. J'espère que vous aimerez le travail que nous réaliserons avec nos étudiants. :)
Le football est un bel exemple de ce que peut réaliser une équipe soudée tirant chacun dans une même direction dans un but commun. C'st pourquoi j'ai choisis ce thème et une citation qui je trouve va avec ça!
Une véritable équipe ce n’est pas une somme d’individualités qui pense d’abord à sa propre performance.
La meilleure équipe est un collectif de joueurs sur le terrain, mais aussi sur le banc et évoluant dans un environnement positif.
Cette équipe-là obtiendra des résultats, même si elle n’est pas constituée de grands talents individuels. C’est la volonté, l’envie de réussir ensemble, de se battre pour son coéquipier qui fera la différence par rapport à une équipe composée de quelques stars mais avec aucun jeu collectif.
Les performances individuelles, ce n’est pas le plus important. On gagne et on perd en équipe.
