I agree. I believe that while sometimes you may “win” the argument, you might lose your relationship over it. So who really wins? When I get mad at my husband I try to imagine “what if this was last time we spoke (because something happened to him), would I regret it for the rest of my life?” It usually puts things into perspective for me and helps me forget why I was mad in the first place.
