SQUAT RACK - EPIC LEG DAY MOTIVATION

 I know I know.  For some of us leg day is quite possibly the toughest day to get through.  What really impresses me are those who wake up earlier and smiling just because it is leg day.  If you want larger legs then you should be hitting the squat rack at least once a week, if not two or three times that. 

Nobody cares about legs, but we should.  You'll see people admiring those few with large legs, but no one will work to replicate those monster legs onto themselves. The legs are our foundation, so if our foundation is week weak then our whole body can not perform to the maximum.  It takes hard work, good form and proper nutrition to grow the tree trunks you desire.

It is possible.  You just need to make it happen!
