I don't think it's wrong to be in a comfort zone, but I agree that money can be a big part. If you don't have to worry about basic necessities, then you have it well. I do agree that it does prevent people from going further though.

I don't think so too. Comfort zone can be very pleasant place to be in, I am of the opinion that no one should be discriminated for choosing to remain in their comfort zone.
