Is that word Inspiring. Would you appreciate those word if you were been told.
Is it really Necessary. It may be better for you to keep silent at that particular point in time cause your words might cause more harm than good.
Who Knows this person best. There are times you might want to pass a message and this might hurt probably because it coming from you, you might as well ask someone who knows the person in the best way so as to pass whatever information well without causing any misunderstanding.
Never make a promise when you are happy because there might be a tendency to over promise and under deliver. Let your integrity speak for you.
Never make a decision when you are sad because words cannot be erased or changed. It is more powerful than a sword so watch those words that come out from you, so be positive, stay positive, be diligent and be focused.
