MOTIVATION And MOTIVATIONAL SITUATIONS

Motivation and life goes in pari- pasue and in conjunction with our original behaviour in other to achieve our specific desired goals on earth.It is state within we human beings either as individual or person or even animals that gingers or propells behaviour towards some specific goals. Whatever we do in life needs motivation in other to take us to another level of prosperity.It has been observed that every human being is motivated in one way or the other by action or by needs and in order to satisfy our needs we ought to strive continuously to actualize our goals. Motivation in doesn't occur like a flash of thunderbolt but takes time Generally to us there are things that motivates us in our various lie endeavours such as needs, inconveniences, and challenges . In needs we struggle to to get to the top in order to get what we want eg in our offices we work hard because we are being motivated by the fat salary or from other allowances that come on and on may on Daily basis , weekly or monthly. In inconveniences , we struggles to move out from that state of inconveniences and this situation propells us to move away from the level of inconvenience to another comfortable state .For instance in our early childhood where we suffered depression, anxieties and humiliations due to poor family background, and so we grew up with the urge to move out from that situations by struggling to get the highest educational qualifications in order to get a well paid job.Again Challenging situations in life are the ultimate sources of motivation and so unless we are seriously challenged we may not put up strong resistance to our problems in life. More so, a challenge free world looks dull, demotivating, uneventful and unstimulating. Summarily, when we have strived and satisfied all our needs in life then we ve gotten to the stage pf equilibrium, a stage of absolute happiness and joy.
